Gluten-Free Lunch Specials
Some of our basic school lunches:
1.Amy’s Rice Mac and Cheese in a thermos. Apple slices, small carrots
2. Tuna fish with celery and mayonnaise in a thermos, with rice crackers, grapes
(or on a Schår Classic White Roll w/ lettuce and mayo)
3.Hot dog with fixin’s, (line cut down middle to put in fixin’s) but no roll, wrapped up individually or cut up in pieces and put in a container. Potato sticks on the side.
4.Turkey burger with lettuce and mayo on a Schår Classic White Roll (St. James Natural Foods)
5.Small containers with cut up turkey, cheese, salami, apple, and crackers.
(my son calls this “Stations” and loves it.)
6.Taco - shell or wrap with turkey taco meat, lettuce, tomato and cheese.
7.Spaghetti with turkey meat sauce or turkey meat balls, tomato sauce, parmigiana cheese, in a thermos
8.Good Ol’ Sandwiches - now with Garguilo’s White Bread.
Melted cheese, salami, lettuce, tomato is a favorite, as well as Almond butter and jelly.

5.Ian’s cookie buttons - crunchy cinnamon and chocolate chip. They come in little packs for travelling. Hard to find.
